Born from a Love for Christ and His Schools
Agios Education was founded by Paul Q. Fisher because of his heart for schools that have big vision and hard-working people of sincere faith and love but who lack the capacity and resources to build or develop the school of their calling and dreams.
Far too often, our schools persist with great latent potential that doesn't materialize in fulfillment of our vision. The obstacles are many, but they are not insurmountable. Agios was founded because Paul and his Agios guides have seen the full spectrum of challenges faced by classical and Christian schools and have learned how to overcome them to see their vision become reality. They deeply wanted this for you and your school as well.
After 29 years of providing free consulting to a national network of such schools while also serving as a full-time leader in his own schools, Paul sensed that God was calling him to leverage his experience, grace-fueled success, acquired wisdom, and outstanding and extensive network of exemplary leaders to formalize Agios Education, creating far greater capacity for serving more schools and empowering the classical and Christian school movement during a crucial season of growth and expansion that is challenging our shared pipeline of leaders and resources.

Our Founder and President
Paul Q. Fisher
Founder & President
For 29 years, Paul has given his life to his family, the Church, and classical and Christian education. His experience with leading small and young schools, often modestly resourced, in founding Capstone Classical Academy in Fargo, ND, and in providing free consulting to schools in some 35 states inspired him to share full-time with other school leaders the graces of wisdom, experience, and friendship he received in school ministry as a teacher, principal, curriculum director, director of development, founder, and head of school.
Paul serves as the primary strategist and guide for Agios Education but employs classical and Christian school leader exemplars from around the country to build out teams of Agios guides uniquely suited to the custom needs and corresponding roadmaps for each client school. Paul is guilty of offering far too much help for free before, after, and outside of his consulting contracts, much to the dismay of his lovely bride, Sheri.
